FRUIT SMOOTHIE

 
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups yogurt
2 cups frozen berries or other fruit
Sweetener to taste (optional)
SMOOTHIE setting for 45 seconds or PULSE 5 times and blend on HIGH for 30 seconds or until blended.

Makes 4 cups.

MILKSHAKE

 
1 1/2 cups milk
2 large scoops ice cream
2 to 3 tablespoons flavored syrup
MILKSHAKE setting for 5 to 10 seconds or LOW until blended.

Makes 3 cups

FROZEN DRINK

 
1 cup drink mix, such as Pina Colada mix
10 ice cubes
ICY DRINK setting for 45 seconds or PULSE 5 times and blend on HIGH  for 45 seconds or until blended.

Makes 2 cups

Bourbon Slush

 
2 Tea Bags
1 Cup Boiling Water
Steep tea in water 2 or 3 minutes.
1 Cup Sugar
3 1/2 Cups Water
1 (6 oz) Can Frozen Orange Juice
1 (6 oz) Can Frozen Lemonade
1 Cup Bourbon
Stir in remaining ingredients.  Pour into freezer containers.

DO NOT use metal utensils to stir.

Amaretto Slush

 
2 Tea Bags
1 Cup Boiling Water
Steep tea in water 2 or 3 minutes.
1 Cup Sugar
3 1/2 Cups Water
1 (6 oz) Can Frozen Orange Juice
1 (6 oz) Can Frozen Lemonade
1 Cup Amaretto
Stir in remaining ingredients.  Pour into freezer containers.

DO NOT use metal utensils to stir.

Sangria

 
1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
1 orange, thinly sliced
1 apple, cored and thinly sliced
1 lime, thinly sliced
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Bottle dry red wine (cold)
4 oz. cherry brandy
up to 24 oz. club soda
Combine cut fruit and sugar in large pitcher.  Add wine and brandy; stir until well mixed.  Add sugar to taste.

Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.  Just before serving, add ice cubes and soda to taste.  Stir.

LIME SHERBET PUNCH

bullet2 quarts lime sherbet
bullet2 liters ginger ale
bullet1 (46-ounce) can pineapple juice
bulletLemon slices
bulletLime slices
bulletMaraschino cherries
In a punch bowl, add 2 quarts of lime sherbet. Then add ginger ale and pineapple juice. Decorate with lemon and lime slices and some maraschino cherries.
